SBB processes these data for the following purposes:

• Accrediting work placement companies and making these companies publicly available through stagemarkt.nl
• Periodically assessing work placement companies to see if they still meet the predetermined criteria
• Improving the quality of work placement

The legal basis for these purposes is the realisation of the public task of SBB as established by the Dutch Adult and Vocational Education Act (art. 1.5.1.);

The data provided to your institution can only be used for the aforementioned purposes, or for an objective that is congruent with or an extension of the aforementioned purposes. In all other cases you are not allowed to process these data. You are prohibited from providing, sharing or allowing access to these data to third parties, unless it is necessary for the aforementioned purposes. You are obliged to erase the data when they are no longer of use for the aforementioned purposes.
