We continue to train ourselves and remain fully up to date with technology and tools, to advise our clients and ensure that they enjoy the real estate experience. Although it may sound cliché, with the motto: “THE TRUST OF OUR CLIENTS IS OUR COMMITMENT” we take enough energy to meet our positioning and growth objectives , both in sales and rentals. In this last section, with our Premium Management service , we have stood out from the rest of our colleagues in the profession, offering a novel and effective professional service of comprehensive management of leases with a team specialized in rentals.

- Potential Tasks for the Intern: 1.Customer Relationship Management:Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. 2.Market Research:Conduct research on local real estate trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. 3.Sales Support:Help prepare sales presentations and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and renters. 4.Order Management:Assist in managing client inquiries and processing rental or sales agreements. 5.Marketing Activities:Support marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and property listings. 6.Feedback Collection:Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management and develop essential skills in the vibrant real estate industry.On the sales department, the student will cooperate to enhance the renting flat pool, also will help to make a reaserch of properties to buy in order to rent them afterwards.
