- INTERACTIVA (a company belonging to the IBERGEST Group) was born in 1973 in Alicante, responding to the need for specialists in a developing sector such as professional cleaning. Since our beginnings, the main objective has been to provide a differentiated and pioneering service in cleaning techniques and management systems. Between 1973 and 1995, Interactiva experienced remarkable growth, opening new offices in Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Murcia and Albacete. In 1989 the Integral Maintenance Division was created, after analyzing that the service offers were managed by different providers, which meant a high cost and greater contact, efficiency, and communication problems. Currently, clients through a single provider such as Interactiva combine the main activities of Facility Services, allowing us to be a benchmark in our sector. Currently, and thanks to more than 45 years in the sector, we are a company that is constantly evolving, which proposes improvements at all levels and is permeable to both business requirements and social commitment. On this journey we are accompanied by a firm commitment to quality, the environment and occupational health and safety, which support our sustainability strategy by providing a differentiated and professional service that allows companies to divert their efforts towards their main activity with complete confidence and security. At INTERACTIVA we make available to the client a management model based on a single interlocutor, the Facility Manager, who oversees carrying out an analysis prior to the service and making proposals for improvement, in short, saving on costs. The Facility Manager integrates in a single person the global management of the infrastructures, the planning of the services, the resolution of incidents, and the management of people, to optimize resources, budgets, and obtain better results for our clients in a more efficient, more humane, and productive work environment
